To ensure you can track your pet's journey, we employ an advanced real-time communication and monitoring system. We also have Waggle pet monitor in the vehicle at all times. We receive real time updates and can check the app at any time to view the interior conditions within the vehicle.
A week before departure, we create a WhatsApp group for all clients, serving as the main communication platform throughout the trip. Through this group, we share a GPS link that allows you to monitor the vehicle's exact location in real-time. This way, you'll always know where your pet is located.
We provide clear instructions for accessing our onboard webcams. Additionally, we communicate estimated pickup and drop-off times, and promptly update you on any potential itinerary adjustments.
Throughout the journey, we regularly update you with photos and videos of your pet's journey. This allows you to observe their well-being and ensures they receive attentive care. This comprehensive tracking system offers peace of mind, knowing you can actively follow your pet's progress and receive continuous updates on their condition and whereabouts.
Adventure awaits
We don't simply drive, we explore! When we stop for a 'stretch your legs', or a potty break, or a variety of other reasons, we MAY just happen upon something interesting that we can explore. If that happens, of course there will be pictures of your pet seeing the sights.
Of course it goes without saying that safety is always our first priority. We may just see something from inside the vehicle, but that still counts as exploring!
